2. System function
1. It is able to connect with video conferencing system closely.
2. Conference main unit integrated the function of video track, discussion and voting, it is also support the function of sending short message.
3. Built-in 4x2 video matrix, it is able to connect 4 cameras, when connect 2 or more cameras, it is able to put video signal (target to speaker) and conference scene signal out at the same time, which can connect with video conferencing system closely;
4. Innovative remote controller, which can control the camera at any time; In addition, it is able to control camera by the panel of the main unit and administration software.
5. Video intelligent-track function:
A. The camera always track the last speaker when turning on the microphone, when turning off the microphone which turning on finally it can track the previous speaker, when turning all the microphones, it can track the conference scene.
B. When the preset seats deviate from speaker, it is able to adjust by the remote controller.
C. It is able to lock/unlock the camera by one key.
6. Turn on/off any microphone by administration software and central control system
7. English/Chinese 128X64 LCD display, it is able to display, adjust the state of the system.
8. Support many kinds of conference modes:
AUTO mode: Turn on/off delegate unit freely.
FIFO mode: set 1-20 attendance units take turns to speak.
Limit mode: Set 1-20 attendance units request to speak.
Apply mode: Delegate unit request to the chairman unit or administrator to speak,
then it is able to speak after agree, the name of the applicant will display on the LCD of the chairman unit or administration software.
Chairman only: When turning on the chairman unit, all the delegate units can not be turned on.
Auto off: Set the microphone turned off automatically after 30 minutes
Chairman music is optional: choose yes/no, when choose yes, there is clue sound after turning on the chairman unit.
9. Support voting, evaluation, election; support IC card sign-in and key-press sign-in.
10. Short message function, short message can be sent to all the microphones or the appointed microphone.
11. Each microphone equipped with LCD display, it is able to look at short message and evaluation result.
12. Each microphone can set the user's name, in stead of name card.
13. Under apply mode, agree/ disagree apply of the delegate units by the name of the applicant displayed in the LCD of the microphone. ( others applied by the IP of the microphone, so it is difficult to identify the applicant)
14. It is able to set delegate unit to be VIP vice-chairman, then it can be turned on directly.
15. Support time limit speaking, and there is a clue of rest time on the LCD of the microphone.
16. Interrupt delegate unit and insert words by pressing priority key.
17. Use with equalizer which can make the distance from microphone up to 450-500mm and without whistle;
18. Increase/decrease microphone will not affect the process of the conference
19. The liquid crystal light on the microphone is intelligent, it is able to save energy source..
3. Remote controller: All-direction control camera; 4 cameras selecting key; 6 controlling keys (left, right, up, down, far, near), one preset seat save key, one key of locking/unlocking camera; set the microphone ID and preset/save tracking dot, when the preset seat far away from speaker, the camera can adjust it, lock/unlock microphone with one key; in place of the traditional software and never use computer to using system. 4. Administration software: Control voting and video tracking software, all-direction camera control, lock/unlock camera, turn on/off any microphone, layout of microphone, arrange delegate seats by names, agree/disagree the addressing apply of delegates, (it is able to set VIP, who can address by pressing key), limit time to address.
