1. About System:
 The voting system mainly used in people congress, party congress and other conference, it is able to let the delegates check in, vote, elect and so on. The system is stylish, stable, reliable and have complete functions.
 
2. System Component
 The system has perfect conference management function, every voting main unit support up to 64 delegate units, and the system is access to support 4096 delegate units by expansion unit. The system contains operation software, voting main unit, sign-in card and computer. It is convenient to install.
 
A. Voting software
The operation platform of the system is Windows. Control software has many management functions, it is able to check the state of the delegate units, so as to convenient to operate and learn the state.
 
B. Voting main unit
Voting main unit collect voting data and supply electronic source to delegate units.
 
C. Voting machine
The voting machine has the following functions (different modes have different functions)
 
1. Identity
Each vote equipped with specific IC card, the software can set specialty. Or all the votes use the same IC card, that is, only the same IC card can be signed-in.
   
2. Sign-in
The delegates insert the IC card after sitting, then the indicator light shows the state of sign-in
 
3. Vote
There are five keys on the voting machine, and the first three indicate "yes/abstain/no", when the     indicator light of vote is bright, the delegate can press the key of "yes", "abstain" or "no", when the corresponding light is bright, it indicate that the vote is effective. If the delegate wants to change the vote, he can also press other key, vote results depend on the last key-press.
 
4. Election

If used for election, the five keys indicate five candidates. And each key-press has corresponding indicator light. Many election modes are optional (Three out of three, one out of five, five out of five), when the indicator light of "vote" is bright, the delegate can elect the candidate, the corresponding light is bright when press the key, if the delegate wants to change it, he can also press other key, the voting result depends on the last key-press.

1. Display
The conference procession can be showed by the display equipment( TV or Projector)

2. All data can be printed in diagram/text

3. System management
 The system has perfect check and management function, especially the seat list display, it is able to monitor the operation of voting machine and the malfunction, so the worker can inform and handle in time.
